How to delete it yourself

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open Profile from the menu.
3. Scroll to Delete account at the bottom of the page.
4. Type your email address to confirm, then select Delete account.

The deletion takes effect immediately. You are signed out and cannot sign in again with that account. You are free to register again later with the same email address.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number, nationality and date of birth
• Your bank details and payout information
• Your identity documents, including passport and Emirates ID scans, which are permanently removed from storage
• Your profile photo
• Your contact record in our internal CRM
• Your ability to sign in, immediately and permanently

What we are required to keep

We cannot delete everything, and we would rather say so plainly than surprise you later. Records of services you booked and paid for, along with the associated invoices, are kept because commercial and tax law requires us to retain them. After your deletion these records no longer carry your name, contact details or bank information; they remain only as anonymised entries in our books.

The same applies to support tickets and case records tied to those bookings. They stay, stripped of personal data.

Before you delete

If you take part in our affiliate programme and have commission that has not been paid out yet, deleting your account removes the bank details we would need to pay you. We will show you the open amount and ask you to confirm before proceeding. Settle any open payout first if you want to receive it.

If you cannot sign in

Write to privacy@propertysuite.ae from the email address on the account, or message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 583 0479. We will verify that the request comes from you and complete the deletion within 30 days.
